About this programme

Key benefits & who it may suit

  • Supports healthy blood lipids
  • Vascular and circulatory support
  • Helps restore liver function
01

What is the Phosphatidylcholine drip?

Phosphatidylcholine IV therapy helps break down and reduce the accumulation of fatty tissue in the body, while balancing blood lipids and cholesterol to appropriate levels. It reduces the risk of fatty blockage in blood vessels and arterial hardening, supports blood circulation and the function of the vascular system overall, and reduces the risk of blood clots — it is also used in the prevention of thrombosis.

In addition, it helps restore and enhance liver function, particularly where the liver has been affected by infection or toxins, as well as the vascular complications found in patients with diabetes.

02

Who it suits

  • People with raised LDL cholesterol or triglycerides
  • Those concerned about arterial plaque and circulation
  • Patients with liver strain from infection or toxin exposure
  • People managing vascular complications of diabetes, under medical supervision
03

After your IV drip

  • Drink plenty of water afterwards — around one ounce of water per kilogram of body weight.
  • Avoid alcohol during and after the infusion.
  • Rest properly so the body can use the nutrients efficiently.
  • Avoid smoking after treatment, as it reduces the effectiveness of the therapy.
  • Repeat the programme consistently — typically once a week, or as advised by your doctor — for clear results.
04

Medical supervision at LINNA

Blood pressure and heart rate are measured before every infusion. If anything feels unusual during treatment, the infusion rate is adjusted immediately, or stopped if necessary. Vital signs are checked again afterwards, so you leave the clinic knowing everything is normal. A doctor reviews your health history and any allergies before your first drip.

Frequently asked questions

They are closely related. Plaque X is a phospholipid protocol using plant-derived essential phospholipids (EPL-PP) focused specifically on clearing arterial plaque. Your doctor will recommend which is appropriate after assessing your blood results.
