\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u975e\u4fb5\u5165\u6027\u7684\u4ea7\u524d\u7b5b\u67e5\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u68c0\u6d4b\u5b55\u5987\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u5faa\u73af\u5b58\u5728\u7684 \u80ce\u513f\u6e38\u79bb DNA\uff08cell-free fetal DNA\uff0ccfDNA\uff09\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u8bc4\u4f30\u80ce\u513f\u662f\u5426\u5b58\u5728\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u5f02\u5e38\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u8be5\u68c0\u6d4b\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u7b5b\u67e5\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1aTrisomy 21 (\u5510\u6c0f\u7efc\u5408\u5f81)Trisomy 18 (\u7231\u5fb7\u534e\u6c0f\u7efc\u5408\u5f81)Trisomy 13 (\u5e15\u9676\u6c0f\u7efc\u5408\u5f81)\u6027\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u5f02\u5e38\u80ce\u513f\u6027\u522b\uff08\u5982\u6709\u9700\u8981\uff09 \u68c0\u6d4b\u65b9\u5f0f \u4ece\u5b55\u5987\u8eab\u4e0a \u62bd\u53d6\u8840\u6db2\uff08\u7ea6 10 \u6beb\u5347\uff09\u4f7f\u7528\u5148\u8fdb\u6280\u672f\uff08\u5982 NGS \u6b21\u4e16\u4ee3\u6d4b\u5e8f\uff0cNext Generation Sequencing\uff09\u5206\u6790 \u7684\u5b55\u5987\u5bb6\u65cf\u4e2d\u6709 \u9057\u4f20\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u53f2 \u7684\u4eba\u66fe\u6709 \u539f\u56e0\u4e0d\u660e\u6d41\u4ea7\u53f2 \u7684\u5b55\u5987\u66fe\u751f\u80b2\u8fc7 \u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u5f02\u5e38\u80ce\u513f \u7684\u592b\u59bb\u5e0c\u671b \u907f\u514d\u7f8a\u6c34\u7a7f\u523a\u98ce\u9669 \u7684\u5b55\u5987 \u7ed3\u8bba NIPT \u68c0\u6d4b
