What is Dermafix?
Dermafix is a clinically proven treatment that uses micro needles to puncture the skin, thereby starting the skin’s natural wound-healing process and promoting collagen and elastin production. As a result the face is rejuvenated, the skin becomes smoother and more even toned, pores are reduced, and lines are minimized. Our clinic uses the Genosys Dermafix device that has needles with adjustable depth, so we can always go to the correct depth. When treating wounds, skin remediation requires more needle depth. Around the eyes, on the other hand, less needle depth is required to stimulate the correct skin layer. Dermafix treatment is suitable for treating the area around the eyes and all areas of the face, neck, and décolletage. The therapy is also an excellent treatment option to reduce scars, tighten enlarged pores, and smooth stretch marks.
We use numb cream to make your treatment session less pain. The doctor adjust the depth of the needle depending on the patient’s skin conditions. The device makes microscopic openings in the skin. As a result, the skin starts up its own self-repair mechanism, promoting the production of collagen. The device is also used to maximize the penetration of active skin care products deep into the skin. Dermafix treatment takes around 60 minutes. A course of treatment comprises four sessions scheduled 2 to 3 weeks apart.
The Process of Dermafix
We apply numb cream to the area of concern and leave it for around 30-40 min. Then apply vitamin and use genosys demafix machine on the concern areas. It takes 10-15 min. After the treatment, you will have a bit of redness on your skin, but it will disappear within 24 hours.
For skin toning, you will see the result after 1 week. For pore tightening or scars, we recommend multiple session of Dermafix around 4-6 times every 3-4 weeks.

Aftercare Recommendations
- Avoid direct sunlight after treatment.
- For good facial skin, always recommend to apply sunscreen.
- After 1 day, it is not recommended to be irritated by anything that causes skin irritation (such as itching or burning on the skin), such as facial cleansers or creams or cosmetics containing alcohol.
